A former employee mentioned, "There is a lot of favoritism at Expert Global . One guy who worked there his computer was never working he was on the phone a couple of times the year and a half I was there and they made him a supervisor. Even then he still did nothing. He was selling weed in the parking lot and never got in trouble. There were two good supervisors but left . No one but the favorites got the bonus."

"I was on loyalty department after 8 weeks training i was working from home but then suddenly they changed me to go on site and sent me to another department which i had to take training again, they changed my schedule as well. All a mess and they gave me the options to resign or switch to sales dep. They never help you or teach you what you need to know to be productive so when you hit the floor pretty much you have to figure everything out and if you do that then you wrong and you’ll be in problems. Poor management. I hated working there. they don’t care about theirs employees. Just make your self a favor and do not work there.NothingPoor management"

I worked for Dominion gas which could be a very dangerous job seeing as you could legit hurt people by turning on or off gas and the pay was 8.00 a hr. wages you cant live on. noneeverything"

"I worked here and I got my training done. After I “graduated” literally a week after the laid me off without giving me ANY explanation as to why or what I did. My stats were good, I didn’t have any write ups, I was even flexible enough to change my schedule to help them and they didn’t appreciate me at all. During training I asked question and was always left on read until one day I told them that I was sick and tired of having to wait for answers during training and I gave them a piece of my mind and that’s when they finally said something, smh.
